For over 23 years, Esther has worked in the government sector, gaining experience in leadership, negotiation, project management and customer service. Driven by a mission to elevate the lives of others, she is best known for influencing her peers and prospects through encouragement, support, and going above and beyond the call of duty.

Although currently working in government by day, Esther has leaped forward towards building a coaching business, helping professional women who have hit a dead-end in their daily 9-5 to find a more meaningful career and leading, perhaps, to entrepreneurship. Esther is a Certified Coach and has also earned two master’s degrees, Global Affairs from New York University and in Labor Relations from CUNY School of Labor and Urban Studies. She is also credited with a Certificate of Leadership from Cornell ILR School.
